Well here we go again, loads of stuff to share!!!!!
 |
Just being fancy guys!!!!! Typical sunset from our camp site in Berry Springs.
How gigantic is this Termite mound!!! It is a Cathedral mound.
Tait and M jumping into gorgeous Buley RockPools in Licthfield Park.
Little Mortens Water Monitor!!!! A type of lizard looking Goanna found around this area. We decided M is just like one of these creatures. Climbing trees OR underwater.
Lazy lizards in one of the Upper Pools. Magic!!!
LOOOOOOOvvvveeeee this pic of my girl at Darwin Fanni Beach.....
Yesssss I am actually here in person. M took this!! hence the world has a bit of a slope!!!
Edith Falls back down towards Katherine. Awesome quiet place. We caught up with some friends we made earlier in trip. Girls went for a run around here, amazing.....
FRIENDS made....meet Cristina from Germany! Feel like we have known each other for years! We decided to stay an extra day here in Bitter Springs coz we didnt want to say goodbye... Tait and their son Allon had no communication at all due to Allon only speaking German, but LEGO and StarWars and the pew pew pew of pretend guns kept them chatting all day. Jase and their oldest son kept talking super heros and music..... just ace.
And alas,,,,,, guess where we are???? Yeee haaaaa cowgirls! Amazing Rodeo. Biggest in Southern Hemisphere apparently. We had a ball. Great atmosphere and fantastic competition. We have a new appreciation for the stockman and teams of miners who literally run our country from this barren dusty outback to deliver the beef on our plates and support our economy!!!! M just loved it.... the mini kids on the horses were fantastic, inspired my little girl.
Currently in Julia Creek. A gorgeous tidy outback town on the way to Richmond to do some Marine Fossil Fossicking.....
Yeeee Haaa for now guys....
